Terms and conditions

1. All fees or charges quoted are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
2. Invoices are to be paid before the work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. The client remains responsible for ensuring the continuity of the Coaching Programmes. Failure to maintain continuity may result in reduced performance or additional One-to-One meetings being required at the client’s expense, which will void the assurance guarantee.
4. Cancelled appointments for One-to-One meetings will be charged according to the following: less than seven working days’ notice, full cost.
5. Cancelled appointments for Midlife Warrior Retreats will be charged as follows: less than seven working days’ notice: total cost. (Events cancelled for weather/safety reasons will not be charged)
6. Cancelled appointments for Midlife Warrior One-Day Challenges will be charged as follows: less than 14 working days’ notice: full cost. Less than 28 working days notice: half cost (Days cancelled for weather/safety reasons will not be charged)
7. Any and all court costs and legal charges incurred in debt collection will be recharged to the client.
8. We reserve the right to add interest to any amount outstanding for more than 30 days at 1.75% per month or part thereof.
9. Invoices must be settled in Sterling (£).
