Sarah and Chris have been coaching executive clients for around 25 years. We have seen exceptionally talented and successful people rise to the top of their profession and yet, as midlife arrives, we have also witnessed many of them begin to deeply question what they are doing and why.
It can be very scary, as all that we have known and depended upon for our success begins to ebb away. What energised us, now drains us. What gave meaning to our working life, now feels hollow.
Then there is the noticeable physical decline. We may notice that we are not as quick to innovate or problem-solve as we once were. Our energy levels may no longer easily sustain long working hours. For women, in particular, a shocking and abrupt physical decline can literally seem to arrive overnight as perimenopause turns up uninvited to the party.
The first thing to say is that all this is completely normal. And while it may feel as though we are losing the plot and struggling to cope and stay motivated, what is actually happening is an invitation for reinvention. With the right mindset and tools to hand, midlife can be the greatest gift to come our way in decades – if we are alive to the opportunities it presents and are open to doing things differently.

The picture is particularly complicated for women nagivating the menopause, when wildly fluctuating hormones can wreak havoc on both mind and body. So, wherever you find yourself, as a first step, we will help you assess your physical well-being goals and help highlight some of the basic steps you might take to start your journey towards optimal health.

Financial planning comes easily to some. However, for others, even the thought of auditing and planning our finances is overwhelming – or even too boring ot contemplate. But to enliven our dreams, good financial planning is essential and we must grab the bull by the horns. While we do not advise on personal financial matters, we do cover basic good principles of good financial health, planning and encourage at least the first steps towards our ability to finance our dreams.
